Shipping Information
International Shipping (We ship to over 120 countries)
* Ships via International Postal Service (Registered Mail).
* Shipping fees - approx. 10% from the total amount (max. US$15).
* Arrives in 7 - 12 business days.
* Shipped through our distribution center either from The United States, Europe or Asia.
* Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees. International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.
Return Policy
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the distribution center in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Paypal and transfer/deposit to our bank account (Maybank).
Cancellations
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
Coupons and Discount Codes
Occasionally we feature promotional coupons. Follow these simple steps for redeeming a coupon or discount code.
1. On the "Proceed to Checkout" page, enter the code exactly as it appears, in the box next to "Coupon Code:"
2. Codes are case sensitive.
3. Click "apply" and your discount will be applied and shown at checkout.
